Shyla Kumar brings over 24 years of rich experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives across global enterprises. He previously held leadership positions with organizations such as Cyient, Larsen & Toubro, Wells Fargo, Standard Chartered, HSBC, and IBM, where he led Data, AI, and Analytics strategy, large delivery portfolios, and global teams.

His key strengths are in Statistics, Traditional AI/ML (Computer Vision, Operational Research, NLP), Generative AI, Agentic AI and Data Engineering and Warehouses in the functional areas of Aero, MedTech, Automotive, Rail and BFSI, across both Software and Core Engineering domains.

He holds a strong academic background, currently pursuing a PhD in AI and Finance, along with an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, and Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He also holds multiple global certifications including PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP.

In his leisure time, he enjoys long drives, reading books, and watching comedy movies.
