This Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in respect of which Neurealm acts as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the rules made thereunder, and such other data protection and privacy laws as apply to the processing. We retain personal data only for as long as the purposes above, or applicable law, require.

This website is not directed at children (persons below the age of eighteen years). We do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child or of a person with disability who has a lawful guardian without the verifiable consent of the parent or lawful guardian, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
