Shyamalendu (Shyam) Panda is a business and technology leader with over two decades of  experience across business development, sales, account management, strategy, and digital transformation. Over the course of his career, Shyam has worked extensively with global customers and GCC organizations across Telecom, Healthcare, MedTech, Software, and Automotive industries. He brings deep expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT, and Cybersecurity, enabling organizations to accelerate transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes. Prior to Neurealm, he held leadership positions at Cisco Webex, Huawei Technologies, Capgemini Engineering, and Wipro Technologies, successfully driving growth, customer success, and strategic partnerships across global markets.

In his most recent tenure, Shyam played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding new logos in the Digital and Embedded Systems space, particularly in the Automotive and Healthcare verticals. His strategic contributions enabled the company to enter new markets and deepen engagements with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers through differentiated digital engineering offerings.

Shyam holds an MBA in Systems and Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, along with certifications in AI/ML,EV(Automotive) Microsoft Azure, AWS Foundation, Industry 4.0 & IoT, and ITIL v3. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is passionate about sports and actively participates in social and community initiatives, reflecting his belief in teamwork, continuous learning, and giving back to society.
