Prashant Muley is a seasoned technology leader with more than two decades of experience spanning multimedia, Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C), Contact Center (CC), embedded systems, IoT, and large-scale product development. As Vice President of Engineering, he leads Neurealm’s technology business unit, driving engineering strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

Prashant’s career includes significant technical and leadership experience. At Persistent Systems, he led the design and implementation of multimedia frameworks; ported Skype and WebRTC to multiple embedded platforms (TI DaVinci, Freescale i.MX, Intel, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Broadcom, Renesas, MIPS); and worked extensively on Linux and Android integration, audio and video interfaces, system networking, board support packages, video streaming (HLS, JW Player, HTML5 video), and video analytics applications. He also contributed to system integration and VoIP/V2IP product development at Trinity Convergence and worked on DSP optimization and embedded audio processing at Conquest Integrated Technology. In addition, he supported startup organizations as a technology consultant, building products in the IoT domain.

He brings a strong product-first and customer-centric mindset. He is deeply committed to aligning engineering execution with organizational vision, ensuring that teams deliver scalable, impactful solutions while operating in a culture of clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Dr. BAMU University and a Master’s in Microelectronics and VLSI from IIT Hyderabad. He has also earned a PGDBM from SIMS, Pune, Post graduate diploma in Embedded System Design from Pune University.
