Kirsten Kliphouse
Kirsten Kliphouse is a distinguished business executive, Advisor, and independent Board Director with more than 30 years of global leadership experience across high-growth startups and some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Google, Microsoft, and Red Hat.
Known for her strategic clarity and operational discipline, Kirsten has extensive experience aligning business objectives with digital transformation, cloud operating models, and innovation strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen enterprise value.
Kirsten also currently serves on the boards of Labcorp Holdings Inc. and Global Payments. She previously served on the boards of Dun & Bradstreet, Vimeo, and Afiniti prior to their acquisitions. Her board and advisory experience also includes nonprofit leadership with Techbridge, where she was a founding member of the Digital Ball, along with mentorship roles such as TechStars Executive Mentor.
Her expertise spans cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, digital innovation, global infrastructure, customer engagement, go-to-market leadership, and human capital management. She also holds NACD certifications in Cybersecurity Oversight and Artificial Intelligence Oversight.
Most recently, Kirsten served as President, Google Cloud Americas, where she scaled the business to more than $15 billion in four years. She also chaired the Aspiring Leadership Academy and Women@Google Cloud.
Prior to Google, Kirsten held senior leadership roles at Red Hat and led IoT innovator Yardarm Technologies as CEO. Earlier, she spent 25 years at Microsoft across executive roles.
