Release Deployment Engineer (Plutora / DevOps / Release Management)

Seeking a Release Deployment Engineer with Plutora, DevOps, and Release Management experience to support enterprise application release planning, deployment coordination, change management, and CI/CD operations for the Healthfirst Release Management team. Candidate's prior experience includes MERN Stack development; however, the role focus is Release Management, Deployment Operations, Plutora, and DevOps enablement.

Required Skills

5–8 years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Coordination, or DevOps Support.

Experience managing enterprise release calendars, deployment scheduling, and implementation planning.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitActions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, Change Management, and Production Support processes.

Experience coordinating releases across multiple application teams and environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Plutora Release Management Platform (highly preferred).

Knowledge of Release Planning, Release Governance, Environment Management, and Release Analytics.

Experience with ServiceNow Change Management.

Exposure to AWS and modern DevOps practices.

Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
