Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 6+ years of total software testing experience, with at least 1–3 years dedicated to Playwright automation.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (Object-Oriented Programming concepts, async/await, callbacks).

Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Playwright Test runner, locators, fixtures, and assertions.

Design Patterns: Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) architecture for code reusability.

CI/CD & Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, or similar continuous integration tools.

API Testing: Basic knowledge of RESTful API validation and integration testing.

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills

Experience migrating legacy test frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) to Playwright.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing practices or cloud execution
