• Position:OpenShift DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead architecture, installation, andconfiguration of RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).

·       Performadvanced troubleshooting for complex platform,application & networking issues.

·       Developautomation using Python and Shellfor deployments and operations.

·       Implement& manage Istio service mesh(traffic management, mTLS, policies).

·       Managelogging/observability: EFK stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentd,Kibana), Vector, or Loki.

·       Administerdatabases such as Noobaa and PostgreSQL.

·       Configureand manage Operators, StorageClasses, PVs, pods,scheduling & quotas.

·       Implementnetwork security: NetworkPolicies, firewallrules.

·       Createdetailed technical documentation,diagrams, and runbooks in Confluence.

·       Handleincident & service workflows in Jiraand meet SLOs/SLAs.

·       Workindependently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·       6+years in DevOps/Platform Engineering/SRE roles.

·       Expert-levelOpenShift installation,administration & troubleshooting.

·       Strongunderstanding of Operators, storage, and pod management.

·       Hands-onexperience in configuring network policies andfirewall rules in OCP.

·       Strongscripting skills: Python,Shell.

·       Provenexperience with Istio service mesh.

·       Loggingobservability experience: EFK / Vector / Loki.

·       Experiencewith Noobaa and/or PostgreSQL.

·       Excellentdocumentation skills, Jira & Confluence proficiency.

·       Self-drivenindividual contributor + strong team collaboration.
