About the Platform
Voice Services delivers AI-enhanced UCaaS and CCaaS with deep Microsoft Teamsintegration. Ensuring high-quality voice, video, and messaging performance isessential to the platform’s reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for backend and frontend services
• Validate SIP/RTP voice flows and AI features such as transcription and sentiment
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Execute regression, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategies

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in test automation or QA engineering
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test scripting
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or RestAssured
• Familiarity with VoIP testing and cloud-native environments
• Understanding of compliance testing and audit validation
