Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Infrastructure Engineer with proven expertise in designing and

implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal

candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, Citrix, Nutanix, and Fortinet

technologies and will be responsible for ensuring business continuity through robust DR

architecture, setup, and validation.


Key Responsibilities

 Design, configure, and implement Disaster Recovery strategy in GCP for mission-critical

workloads.

 Integrate Active Directory into the DR framework, ensuring identity, authentication, and

authorization continuity.

 Architect and implement Citrix DR solutions to support remote access and application

availability.

 Configure and manage Nutanix clusters to enable replication, high availability, and failover in

GCP.

 Design and deploy Fortinet firewall and security policies for secure connectivity between

on-premises and cloud DR environments.

 Perform DR drills, failover testing, and documentation to validate readiness and

compliance.

 Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to align DR setup with organizational

requirements.

 Provide L3-level troubleshooting and escalation support for Active Directory, Citrix,

Nutanix, and Fortinet infrastructure.

 Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for DR processes.


Required Skills & Experience

 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in DR design/implementation.

 Strong expertise in:

o Active Directory (AD, ADFS, GPOs, replication, recovery)

o Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)

o Nutanix (AOS, AHV, replication, DR orchestration)


o Fortinet (FortiGate, VPN, firewall rules, SD-WAN)

 Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – networking, compute, storage,

DR orchestration.

 Proven track record of implementing and testing DR solutions in hybrid or multi-cloud

environments.

 Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in enterprise

environments.

 Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents or DR events.
