Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Infrastructure Engineer with proven expertise in designing and
implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal
candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, Citrix, Nutanix, and Fortinet
technologies and will be responsible for ensuring business continuity through robust DR
architecture, setup, and validation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Disaster Recovery strategy in GCP for mission-critical
workloads.
Integrate Active Directory into the DR framework, ensuring identity, authentication, and
authorization continuity.
Architect and implement Citrix DR solutions to support remote access and application
availability.
Configure and manage Nutanix clusters to enable replication, high availability, and failover in
GCP.
Design and deploy Fortinet firewall and security policies for secure connectivity between
on-premises and cloud DR environments.
Perform DR drills, failover testing, and documentation to validate readiness and
compliance.
Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to align DR setup with organizational
requirements.
Provide L3-level troubleshooting and escalation support for Active Directory, Citrix,
Nutanix, and Fortinet infrastructure.
Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for DR processes.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in DR design/implementation.
Strong expertise in:
o Active Directory (AD, ADFS, GPOs, replication, recovery)
o Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)
o Nutanix (AOS, AHV, replication, DR orchestration)
o Fortinet (FortiGate, VPN, firewall rules, SD-WAN)
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – networking, compute, storage,
DR orchestration.
Proven track record of implementing and testing DR solutions in hybrid or multi-cloud
environments.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in enterprise
environments.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents or DR events.
