We need an engineer with strong experience in hands-on technical troubleshooting and providing hardware break-fix solutions for servers.
Here is the breakdown of the hardware expertise we are looking for:
High Priority (Must-Have):
HP ProLiant servers (Deep troubleshooting and break-fix experience)
Dell PowerEdge servers (Deep troubleshooting and break-fix experience)
Medium Priority (Highly Desirable):
Lenovo servers
Cisco UCS (Unified Computing System)
Low Priority (Good to Have / Add-on):
IBM servers
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex server hardware issues.
Replacing faulty components (Motherboards, RAM, Hard Drives, Power Supplies, etc.) as part of break-fix operations.
Managing server management tools (like HP iLO, Dell iDRAC).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware downtime efficiently.
