As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-focused technical content that enhances product understanding and user experience. You will work closely with security, engineering, product, and UX teams to transform complex technical concepts into accessible documentation across multiple formats.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
• Developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents such as user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, and training materials.
• Creating content across multiple formats including Word, PowerPoint, AI Driven Avs, HTML, PDF, and video. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
• Experience in creating instructional videos and multimedia content.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
