We require Test Automation Engineers to design and implement a full-stack automated test framework for a next-generation voice infrastructure. This framework will target services deployed in Kubernetes and validate real-time voice features using SIP and RTP traffic. 
You’ll build drivers, orchestration tools, and integration points to support testing in multiple environments — from local dev to QA and interop labs — and ensure these are seamlessly integrated into our CI/CD pipelines. The senior engineer will take ownership of tooling strategy and test coverage, while the junior engineer will focus on test development, scripting, and system integration.
 
Responsibilities:
Build and integrate an end-to-end automated test platform, including:
 • A SIP/RTP test driver to simulate real-world VoIP behaviour.
 • Write test cases and automation scripts for functional, regression, and interop scenarios.
 • Ensure tests can be run in multiple environments: developer workstations, CI/CD pipelines, QA labs, and interop setups.
 • Integrate test suites with GitLab CI and other IDP tooling.
 • Collaborate closely with DevOps and feature teams to maintain test coverage as services evolve.
 • Document test architecture, tools, and coverage reports.
 
Required Skills:
 • Experience building or contributing to automated test frameworks.
 • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, SRTP.
 • Familiarity with Kubernetes-based deployment and debugging.
 • Proficiency in scripting languages.
 • Experience running tests across multiple environments (K8s, bare metal, local VMs).
 • Experience with Git and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab CI).
 • Solid understanding of test orchestration concepts and structured test design.
 

Senior SDET 2:
 - Strong experience with Playwright for web automation.
 - Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
 - Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar CI/CD tools.
 - Solid understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) and automation best practices.
 - Experience with API testing (REST, or similar).
 - Familiarity with debugging and resolving flaky tests.
 - Good knowledge of version control systems (Git).
 - Experience with VSCode (nice to have).
 - Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, and code quality tools (nice to have).

Senior QA Engineer:
Senior QA Engineer (.NET / Selenium / Java)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in automated testing across .NET and Java-based services and UIs
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, driving quality throughout the SDLC, and ensuring our collaboration and conferencing products are stable, performant, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web applications and backend services built on .NET and Java.
 • Create and execute UI automation tests using Selenium WebDriver, including cross-browser and cross-platform coverage.
 • Implement and maintain API-level automated tests for RESTful services, covering functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
 • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
 • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
 • Continuously expand test coverage, improve test data management, and optimize suites for reliability and execution time.
 • Contribute to performance, reliability, and basic security testing strategies as needed.
 • Champion QA best practices, participate in code reviews for test automation, and mentor other team members on  quality-focused practices.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
 • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
 • 5+ years of professional experience in software QA, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
 • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tooling (e.g., Selenium Grid, browser drivers).
 • Proficiency in C# (.NET) and Java for building and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks.
 • Solid understanding of testing web applications and RESTful APIs, including use of tools such as Postman or REST-assured.
 • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
 • Familiarity with modern development practices: Git-based workflows, code reviews, and microservices architectures.
 • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate issues across application and infrastructure layers.
 • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams.
