We are looking for a skilled VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Engineer to support security initiatives for Infoblox. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and validating security vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and infrastructure, and working closely with engineering and security teams to strengthen the overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web applications, APIs, networks, and infrastructure

Conduct manual and automated security testing using industry-standard tools

Identify security weaknesses, misconfigurations, and exploit paths

Validate vulnerabilities and assess risk impact and severity

Prepare detailed vulnerability reports with clear remediation guidance

Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to support remediation efforts

Participate in threat modeling and security design reviews

Support compliance and security initiatives aligned with industry standards

Stay up to date with emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security trends

Required Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of VAPT methodologies, OWASP Top 10, and common attack vectors

Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, Qualys, or similar

Good knowledge of web technologies, REST APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms

Understanding of network security concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and proxies

Experience with Linux environments and basic scripting

Ability to clearly document findings and communicate risk effectively
