Job Title: DPE Mobile SME Years of Experience : 12 to 18 years Key Responsibilities: ● Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall mobile vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends. ● Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers. ● Product Development: Oversee the entire mobile app lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring user-centric design and performance. ● Technology & Innovation: Drive adoption of emerging mobile technologies (AI, wearables, new platforms) and optimize app architecture for scalability (e.g., 5M+ users). ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated mobile experiences. ● Performance & Analytics: Monitor app performance, user engagement, and feedback, using data to optimize features and user experience. ● Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage the mobile division's budget, resources, and tech stack. ● Market & Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and new frameworks (iOS, Android, etc.). Qualifications: ● Proven leadership in mobile app development/management. ● Strong technical background (iOS, Android, AI, APIs, Cloud) and understanding of software development lifecycle. ● Expertise in mobile platforms, architectures, and scaling applications. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Business acumen and strategic thinking to drive revenue/growth. ● Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback loops. ● B.Tech/BE degree in relevant specialization preferred.
