Lead Delivery Excellence activities supporting multiple Customer Accounts across Business Units. Work closely with delivery teams on day-to-day basis and enable them to achieve high standards of Customer Centricity & Delivery Excellence, fostering a culture of “Faster, Better, Value for Money” in execution. Support Customer Satisfaction improvement efforts, enable rigor in Delivery Governance. Contribute significantly in tracking KPIs/ SLAs and ensuring Performance Obligations are met across the projects. Should have excellent communication skills. Will be required to attend Customer meetings and should be proactive in making things happen. Experience of working in IT Infrastructure area will be an added advantage.
