Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all things related to Office 365, providing technical leadership and best practice guidance.
Oversee O365 tenant management, license administration, service health monitoring, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and industry standards.
Manage migration projects (e.g., on-prem to O365), integration with third-party tools, and environment enhancements.
Define and implement user adoption strategies, training plans, and support processes to maximize ROI.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution for O365-related issues.
Stay current with Microsoft updates, roadmaps, and emerging technologies to assess their impact and opportunities for the organization.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff and serve as escalation point for complex O365 issues.
