Parameswaran Subramanian is a veteran IT leader with over three decades of experience in global delivery, infrastructure, and cloud operations. Prior to joining Neurealm, he served as the Global Delivery Head at WAISL Limited, overseeing IT managed services for airports across Delhi, Hyderabad, and Goa. He has also held senior leadership roles at Movate, Mphasis, Satyam, and Network Solutions (IBM), where he led infrastructure global delivery, transitions, and transformations across the Middle East, India, and global markets. With his vast experience, Param has helped organizations achieve consistent double-digit growth, industry-leading customer satisfaction, and high-margin profitability.

He has been recognized with multiple corporate excellence awards and is known for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes. 

Param holds an MBA from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, and brings not only professional excellence but also a zest for life. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing badminton, listening to music, and exploring movies.
