Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, articulate, and detail-oriented Associate Pre-Sales Consultant to support our growth. This is the perfect role for a professional who loves the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will be the "pen" behind our most important documents—turning technical requirements into professional proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that win deals.
Key Responsibilities
Deck Creation: Build visually clean and logically structured pitch decks that highlight both technical features and business ROI.
Proposal Drafting: Write and edit high-quality business proposals, ensuring zero grammatical errors and a professional tone.
SOW Documentation: Translate project requirements into clear, legally sound Statements of Work, defining what is (and isn't) in scope.
RFP Support: Manage the "knowledge base" for Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring we respond to client questions quickly and accurately.
Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate with the technical team to understand the "how" and the sales team to understand the "why."
Must-Have Qualifications
1–3 Years of Experience: Ideally in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Technical Writing, or Business Analysis.
Native-Level English: Exceptional writing skills are mandatory. You should be able to spot a typo or a clunky sentence from a mile away.
Technical Curiosity: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be able to understand complex systems and explain them simply.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint/Word or Google Slides/Docs.
The "Speed" Factor: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds on documents are the norm.
Preferred Traits
A "customer-first" mindset.
High attention to detail (the kind of person who double-checks every bullet point).
A degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
