Advanced Technical Support (L3)
Provide Level 3 support for Nutanix clusters across production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to AOS, AHV, Prism, and hardware components.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes.
Coordinate with Nutanix TAC for critical cases.
🔹 Administration & Operations
Manage Nutanix cluster health, performance monitoring, and alert management.
Perform cluster expansion, node addition, and hardware lifecycle management.
Plan and execute AOS, AHV, and firmware upgrades.
Configure and manage storage containers, replication, and data protection policies.
🔹 Virtualization & Integration
Manage AHV/VMware ESXi environments integrated with Nutanix.
VM provisioning, migration, and performance optimization.
Integration with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
DR setup and management (Leap, Protection Domains).
