Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in aviation/airport operations or related domains.

Strong understanding of flight operations (crew management, flight planning, dispatch) and airport operations (baggage, passenger flow, ground handling).

Exposure to technical operations (aircraft maintenance, engineering systems).

Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Familiarity with aviation IT systems (e.g., crew management systems, airport management systems, MRO solutions).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital transformation projects in aviation.

Knowledge of IATA/ICAO standards and compliance frameworks.

Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
