Job Title: CMDB Developer (ServiceNow ITOM)

We’re looking for an experienced CMDB Developer (ServiceNow ITOM) to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about building scalable CMDB architectures, optimizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, and ensuring high-quality data management, this opportunity is for you.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
4–7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Suite.
Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server configurations.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, and applications).
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and data transformation techniques.
Experience with CI Class Models, IRE, and Normalization.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Configuration & Change Management).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and orchestration tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred).
🔹 Nice to Have:
Cloud discovery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP integrations).
Exposure to Event Management or AIOps.
Knowledge of CMDB Health Dashboard and KPI tracking.
Hands-on with iHUB spoke (Azure DevOps Boards), UI Builder, Employee Center site setup, Catalog creation, and Flow Designer/Workflow Studio development.
