As a Lead Web Developer, you will be the technical anchor for the web engineering team. 

Your goal is to design scalable architectures, mentor senior developers, and collaborate with product owners to turn high-level visions into high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Roadmap: Define and drive the technical strategy for the web platform (e.g., migrating to Micro-frontends or adopting Next.js App Router).

System Design: Lead the architecture of complex web systems, ensuring high availability, security, and sub-second performance.

Mentorship & Reviews: Oversee the code review process to ensure quality, security, and adherence to "Clean Code" principles.

Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between engineering and business; translate "User Stories" into "Technical Tasks."

DevOps & Security: Own the CI/CD pipelines and ensure the application complies with OWASP Top 10 security standards and global data privacy laws (GDPR/DPDP).

AI Integration: Guide the team in integrating Generative AI components (LLM wrappers, AI-driven search) into the web product.

Technical Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of professional web development with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or "Tech Lead" capacity.

Front-End Mastery: Deep expertise in React, Vue, or Angular, and high-level CSS strategies (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS).

Back-End Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Go, or Python (FastAPI) and GraphQL/REST API design.

Data: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) at scale.

Tools: Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
