Role Summary

Neurealm is looking for a high-caliber Visual Graphic Designer to elevate how strategy, sales, and leadership communicate. This role will transform complex ideas into clear, compelling, executive-ready visuals across presentations, reports, and thought leadership.

This is not a traditional designer role — this is a consulting-style visual storytelling role.

What You’ll Do

1) Executive Presentation Design

Create CEO / Board / Investor / Client-ready presentations

Turn rough content into clean, structured, visually sharp slides

Apply consulting storytelling principles (pyramid principle, clarity, hierarchy)

Build reusable slide templates and visual standards

2) Visual Storytelling & Concepting

Translate complex business and technology topics into visuals

Design:

Frameworks & models

Infographics

Process flows & operating models

GTM & strategy narratives

Partner with leadership to shape how the story is told visually

3) Brand & Visual System Building

Define and evolve Neurealm’s visual identity

Establish slide master templates, icons, layouts, and visual libraries

Ensure consistency across all executive and client materials

4) Rapid Turnaround Support

Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Convert raw content into polished slides quickly

Support critical milestones (board meetings, investor updates, major pitches)

Must-Have Skills

Expert in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote

Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing consulting / strategy style presentations

Ability to visualize frameworks, processes, and business concepts

Strong attention to detail and speed of execution

Previous Tier 1 + Tier 2 consulting experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience in consulting firms, startups, or tech companies

Figma / Illustrator / Photoshop

Experience supporting leadership teams or founders

Understanding of AI / tech / GTM / strategy topics
