Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and review sessions to understand pain points, define business rules, and ensure requirements alignment across teams.
Documentation & Mapping: Create comprehensive process flows, data mappings, and traceability matrices to guide technical and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Testing Support: Lead functional and manual testing efforts to ensure the solution meets business needs. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution.
Project Lifecycle Support: Identify project risks and dependencies, propose viable solutions, and support post-implementation enhancements and troubleshooting.
Skills Required
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Testing Expertise: Proven track record in Manual and Functional testing methodologies.
Core BA Competencies: Expert-level requirement gathering, problem-solving, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Domain (Nice to Have): Prior experience or domain knowledge in the Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
