  • Designing, deploying, and managing endpoint solutions (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile) using tools like Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Workspace ONE, AWS WorkSpaces 
  • Providing Level 1 & 2 remote support and on-site deskside assistance, resolving hardware/software incidents, OS and application issues 
  • Implementing and maintaining endpoint security measures: patching, antivirus, encryption, DLP, vulnerability management 
  • Automating workflows and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, AppleScript) for packaging, deployment, patching and reporting 
  • Collaborating with IT, security, compliance and application teams; adhering to ITIL and Change Management processes 
  • Supporting mobile OS (iOS, Android) and virtual desktop infrastructures (AWS, Horizon)
