Summary: 

Offshore Data Engineer to support the MDM team, with strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS / PowerCenter and exposure to AWS-based data platforms.
The role will focus on data integration, ingestion, transformation, and operational support for MDM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, enhance, and support Informatica IICS and PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and integrations.

· Support MDM data pipelines, including customer, provider, and reference data domains.

· Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across systems.

· Work with AWS-based data environments (S3, EC2, IAM; Glue exposure is a plus).

· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.

· Collaborate with MDM leads, upstream/downstream teams, and QA for deployments and fixes.

· Follow Healthfirst SDLC, change, and release processes.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (mandatory).

· Solid background in Informatica PowerCenter.

· Working knowledge of AWS (data services and infrastructure).

· Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

· Experience supporting production data pipelines and batch workflows.

Nice to Have

· Prior experience in MDM implementations.

· Exposure to AWS Glue or cloud-based ETL modernization.

· Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider data).
