We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Python Developer with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our core engineering team. This role requires a strong focus on building high-performance APIs and driving infrastructure automation using modern DevOps practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend applications and microservices primarily using Python 3.
  
• Deep hands-on experience is required with modern Python web frameworks, specifically Flask or FastAPI, for building high-throughput, low-latency RESTful APIs.
  
• Utilize advanced technical expertise in infrastructure and DevOps tooling, including Docker for containerization, Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration, and Jenkins (or similar tools like GitLab CI/CD) for establishing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration management (e.g., using Terraform or Ansible), and operational tasks to achieve infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
  
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define architecture, implement highly available and resilient systems, and ensure optimal performance, observability (using tools like Prometheus/Grafana), and security.
