We are seeking a highly experienced and technically profound Subject Matter Expert (SME) to execute our cloud transformation migration activities. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS), with specialized knowledge in DevSecOps, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and large-scale cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Cloud Architecture & Strategy

Act as the definitive technical SME for Azure, AWS, and GCP services, implementing the design and highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized multi-cloud architectures for customers

Strong knowledge on the planning, deployment, and management of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, Nutanix, VMware Cloud Foundation Azure HCI) as part of our hybrid and multi-cloud strategy.

Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and cost management standards across all cloud platforms and hybrid environments.

DevSecOps and Automation

Integrate security controls and practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle, championing DevSecOps principles.

Implement tools for automated security testing (SAST/DAST), vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.

Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or cloud-native tools (CloudFormation, Bicep) for consistent and secure provisioning of resources.

Cloud Migration Leadership

Lead the technical planning and execution of complex, large-scale cloud migration projects across various cloud and on-premises environments, including applications, data, and legacy systems residing on HCI platforms.

Define migration strategies, patterns, and roadmaps, applying the optimal '6R' methodology (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, etc.) for diverse workloads.

Minimize downtime and manage risk by implementing thorough testing and validation procedures during the transition process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Expertise

10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in cloud architecture, DevOps, and migration roles.

Deep, hands-on experience with core services and architectural patterns on at least two of the following platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proven experience with DevSecOps practices, including security tools integration, secure coding standards, and compliance automation.

Strong practical knowledge of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) architecture, deployment, and management.

Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep/ARM) and CI/CD tooling.

Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
