Job Description – Data Enginer (SAP DI / Datasphere)

Experience: 5–7 years

Key Requirements 

Hands-on experience with SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Datasphere, and data modelling.

Ability to design and build end-to-end data pipelines across SAP & non-SAP systems.

Strong ETL/ELT development skills using Python, SQL, SAP DI.

Experience in Microsoft Fabric, automated ingestion frameworks, and handling large datasets.

Knowledge of CIDS pipelines, IBP integrations, and CDS view creation for S/4 data extraction.

Exposure to Databricks for data engineering, orchestration, or migration activities (secondary skill).

Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and monitor dataflows, transformation flows, and replication flows.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with analytics teams.

  Gather business requirements from clients and manage end-to-end delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
