Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Frontendand Mobile development, with a minimum of 4+ years focused on the Reactecosystem in a senior or lead capacity.

Web Mastery: Expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript(ES6+), TypeScript, and advanced libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar). MobileExpertise: Proven, hands-on experience developing and deploying productionapplications using React Native. Cross-Platform Knowledge: Strong workingknowledge and practical experience with the Flutter framework and Dart language(understanding of state management like BLoC/Riverpod). API & Testing: Deepunderstanding of RESTful APIs and strong experience integrating GraphQL. Expertat writing automated test suites.

Tools: Expert proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, andAgile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience with Native Module development inSwift/Kotlin/Java.

Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) using Next.js.

Prior experience in Design Systems architecture andgovernance.
