Mandatory Skills : Java, Spring boot, Microservices & Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on cloud-friendly and distributed architectures.​

Develop and support microservices-based platforms, ensuring seamless communication and scalability.​

Implement event-driven systems and real-time data processing with Kafka.​

Participate in all phases of development including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.​

Collaborate with engineering teams, DevOps, and QA for smooth delivery and integration.​

Apply design patterns and best practices; optimize modules for performance and resilience.​

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java.​

Strong expertise in Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.​

Proficiency in microservices design, deployment, and lifecycle management.​

Practical experience working with Kafka or similar message queues for real-time data or event-driven architecture.​

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases; basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).​

Good problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive projects.​

Preferred/Additional Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.​

Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate in cross-functional teams.​

Strong communication skills and capacity to work with international stakeholders.
