We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Create and optimize data models for performance and scalability

Write complex DAX and Power Query (M) expressions for data transformation and business logic

Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through testing and validation

Maintain and support existing Power BI solutions and troubleshoot any issues

Implement row-level security and data governance policies

Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development

Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL

Experience in building and optimizing data models

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse)

Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification
