C Excellent oral & written communication,
C Knowledge in Windows AD.
C Knowledge in Azure concepts.
C Knowledge in User Permissions / Access Restriction for Domain Accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
C Ensure 100% availability of resources as per SOW.
C Standardize the Service Desk operations and implement best practices.
Primary skills (Preferred)
C Knowledge in Troubleshooting OS / Hardware related Issues.
C Knowledge in Troubleshooting Application Related issues.
C Knowledge in Remote Support for Windows / MAC users with appropriate Tools
Secondary skills (Preferred)
C Knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
C Knowledge in Windows OS / Application Troubleshooting
C Knowledge in AI concepts like AI Chatbots and Microsoft copilot.
