Job Title: CMDB Developer (ServiceNow ITOM)RequiredSkills & Experience:

·3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDBand ITOM Suite.

·Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceMapping, and MID Server configurations.

·Deep understanding of IT infrastructure(servers, network, cloud, applications) and how they relate in a CMDB context.

·Proficiency in scripting languages(JavaScript, GlideScript) and data transformation techniques.

·Experience with CI Class Models, Identificationand Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and Normalization.

·Knowledge of ITIL frameworks,especially around Configuration and Change Management.

·Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAPAPIs, web services, and orchestration tools.

·Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddocumentation skills.

·ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist – ITOM (preferred).

Nice to Have:

·Experience with cloud discovery tools (AWS,Azure, GCP integrations).

·Exposure to ServiceNow EventManagement or AIOps.

·Knowledge of CMDB Health Dashboard and KPItracking.
