Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure
Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing
fulltime IT environments, including on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms. You will be
responsible for maintaining and supporting core IT systems such as Windows Server services,
Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, virtualization platforms, backup management, and
Linux systems. The role also includes ownership of directory sync operations, GWS automation
(GAM), infrastructure security, windows server environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including:
o Active Directory (AD)
o Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for device and user policy management.
o ADFS, DHCP, DNS, and Network Policy Server (NPS) for RADIUS
authentication.
Administer Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace (GWS) environments.
Oversee and maintain AD sync and GCDS (Google Cloud Directory Sync) between on-
prem and cloud directories.
Manage Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including AD Connect and user
lifecycle automation.
Handle Microsoft 365 license management.
Provide support and maintenance for Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
Manage GWS automation using GAM scripts for:
Lead or support user migration projects (Exchange ↔ GWS).
Configure and manage Google Vault, 2SV enforcement, security settings, and admin role
delegations.
Administer Proxmox hypervisor for virtualization and server hosting.
Perform patch management using tools like Endpoint Central (ManageEngine).
Manage Linux environment, including Ubuntu and Red Hat, for server services and
scripts.
Administer basic database support, monitoring, and backups.
Configure and monitor backup jobs, test recovery points, and ensure data integrity.
Monitor system performance, perform proactive troubleshooting, and ensure high
availability.
Collaborate with security and IT governance, security, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, including:
o Active Directory
o Group Policy Management
o DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and NPS configuration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra ID.
Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, especially:
o GCDS
o GAM scripting and automation
o Security configuration
o User migration and OU structuring
Experience with Azure infrastructure and identity management.
Experience managing virtualization platforms like Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V.
Solid understanding of Linux environment (Ubuntu and Red Hat).
Experience with patch management tools, particularly Endpoint Central.
Familiarity with DB Server administration for basic operations and backups.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hybrid IT environments.
Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
