Senior Engineer – DevOps, Cloud Engineering Responsibilities:

●Building Monitoring, logging, alerting around our infrastructure andapplications ● Improving the reliability of our Infrastructure systems andCI/CD pipelines ● Putting everything into code through extensive use ofTerraform. ● Plan for reliability by designing systems to work across ourmulti-region and multi-cloud environments. ● Working in close collaborationwith multi-functional teams ● Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technicalissues, application, and database related to the SaaS environment. ● Createinnovative solutions to enhance client experience. ● Independently drivearchitecture, design, and development of our DevOps and Infrastructure. ● UseAgile methodology to develop and iterate on features. ● Create clean, testablecode. Participate in code & design reviews. ● Analyze and improveperformance as needed. ● Collaborate with clients and internal staff ● Functionwithin a team and be a self-directed individual contributor. Requirements &Qualifications: ● Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master /Bachelor level);

Experience5 years to 10 years ● Containerization (we use Kubernetes) ● Configurationtools and frameworks (we use Terraform, Helm) ● Knowledge of systems (Linux,GNU tooling), networking (OSI model, DNS, routing) and virtualization vscontainerization ● Programming experience with Go/Python, and Git ● High levelabstractions for system configuration and management ● Public clouds:AWS/Azure/GCP (we use both AWS and Azure) ● Other things we value are securityawareness, and experience with CI/CD concepts. Additional Experience We WouldLove to Have ● Background in design and development of Technology forGovernment Health and Human Services ● Experience with design and developmentof SaaS solutions
