Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Java Solution Architects to lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale software solutions. The role demands in-depth expertise in Java technologies, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, with leadership skills to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.

• Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, QA, and Operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in production and pre-production environments.

• Ensure adherence to coding and design standards, performance, and scalability best practices.

Core Technical Skills:

• Java (JDK 8/11/17+) – Multithreading, concurrency, memory management, JVM tuning.

• Spring Ecosystem – Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud.

• Microservices & APIs – RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).

• Architecture Patterns – Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Saga, Circuit Breaker.

• Databases –

  • Relational: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL (advanced SQL, partitioning, replication)

  • NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis

• Cloud Platforms – Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP – including compute, networking, serverless, and storage.

• Containers & DevOps – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Security – Understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, and vulnerability management.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills:

• Experience with API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Kong, Spring Cloud Gateway)

• Familiarity with GraphQL

• Knowledge of reactive programming (Reactor, RxJava)

• Performance testing tools and methodologies

• Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, TOGAF, Oracle Certified Master)

• Experience in the telecom domain
