Work Location: Chennai

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of hands-on professional experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Core Java, including multithreading, concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and JVM internals.
In-depth experience with the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
Proficiency with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs design and development.
Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and advanced SQL queries, optimization, and schema design.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Proficiency with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to facilitate effective communication with front-end teams.
Certification in Java or cloud platforms.
