Healthcare Presales and Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Discovery: Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders to deeply understand their strategic objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
Solution Design & Articulation: Translate complex client needs into innovative, tailored IT service solutions (e.g., digital transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, application modernization), demonstrating how these solutions address specific healthcare challenges and deliver tangible business value.
Proposal & Presentation Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and compelling presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Market & Industry Insight: Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, interoperability rules), competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
Collaboration & Orchestration: Partner closely with sales, delivery, product, and other internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, profitable, and align with the organization's capabilities, facilitating a seamless transition from presales to delivery.
