At Neurealm, Shiv leads all inorganic growth initiatives. He is responsible for all M&A activities, strategic business development, and ensuring seamless integration of new acquisitions to accelerate Neurealm’s growth.

Shiv brings 25 years of leadership in M&A, growth strategy, and business development across the digital IT services, software, and semiconductor industries. Most recently, Shiv led M&A and Strategy globally at Randstad Digital, helping transform its legacy staffing business into a modern $3Bn digital services provider through a talent platform-oriented M&A strategy. Previously, as the Global Head of Corporate Development at Brillio, he led an inorganic growth program that helped establish the firm among the top digital transformation players with acquisitions in cloud, cybersecurity, Salesforce, and ServiceNow while also expanding the business into Europe.  

Prior to that, Shiv drove inorganic growth in one of the top strategic priorities for Cognizant as the Head of M&A for Cloud Business. During almost a decade-long career at Cognizant, he closed over 20 acquisitions globally across various regions, verticals, and service lines. Shiv’s experience is further enriched by his time providing M&A advisory at Ernst & Young to clients in the communications, media and technology sector, and his early career in product management and business development at STMicroelectronics and Cadence Design Systems.

Shiv holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and hiking with his family, as well as playing racquetball, golf, and poker.
