Job Title: NetworkOperations Engineer
Shift Timings : 9:30 PM To 6:30 PM IST
 (should cover both Saturdays and Sundays making thework week Wed to Sun

The Network Operations teamensures the stability of their global electronic trading network, spanning over40 locations.
This role provides critical front-line support across various networkinfrastructure domains, including global connectivity, dark fiber, low-latencytrading fabrics, market access, and data center LANs.
It's a client-facing position requiring strong customer service and technicalskills, involving troubleshooting, monitoring network health, implementingchanges, and creating documentation.
The team operates 24/7 globally and participates in projects.

KeyResponsibilities (Pointers):

·      Diagnose and resolvenetwork operational issues.

·      Perform triage andtroubleshooting.

·      Monitor networkhealth using monitoring tools.

·      Implement networkchanges.

·      Assist clients withsupport queries (SLAs).

·      Identify areas forimprovement in efficiency and stability.

·      Create and maintaintechnical documentation.

·      Utilize automationtools for tasks.

·      Manage incident andproject case queues.

·      Collaborate withglobal teams.

RequiredSkills (Pointers):

·      5+ years in largeenterprise or service provider networks.

·      CCNP level knowledgeor equivalent.

·      Strong written andverbal communication.

·      Ability toprioritize workload.

·      Solid understandingof IPv4 and subnetting.

·      Experience withVLANs, Spanning Tree, Etherchannel, static/OSPF/BGP routing, trafficengineering, ACLs, NAT.

·      Good understandingof TCP/IP.

·      Ability to diagnosecomplex network issues and analyze packet captures.

·      Experience withenterprise firewalls and IPSec VPNs.

·      Experience with SNMPand Syslog-based Network Management Systems.
