 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Technical Field preferred.

 Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.

 Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication; Ability to relate ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, Release notes and standard operating procedure documents.

 Excellent understanding of data concepts, data modelling methods and experience in data management capabilities including data definitions, data quality management and data integration.

 Understanding of legislation, regulatory compliance and how it impacts data management (GDPR, GxP, FDA, etc.)

 Solid SQL, ETL, data modelling (including data vault 2.0), data migration or programming skills.

 Experience using modern approaches to automating data pipelines.

 Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

 Ability to assign, prioritize, and coordinate the work of team members.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.

 Personally invested in continuous improvement and innovation.

 Motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.

 Must have experience to work across multiple teams / technologies.

Experience leading significant IT Transformational initiatives for large complex organization.
