Job Summary

: Senior/Lead AI/ML Engineer

Key Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML, including hands-on work with generative AI solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to complete small coding exercises and analyze code effectively (this will be tested during the interview).

Proficient in Python programming, with the ability to write, debug, and analyze code in real-time.

Proven experience designing and deploying AI workflows using Amazon Bedrock, Sagemaker

Familiarity with tools and frameworks for AI agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), AI evaluation (e.g. MLflow) and AI observability.

Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management (IAM, RBAC), and compliance in enterprise environments.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical challenges.

Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and/or Redshift is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Gen AI Agents and workflows. Integrate with third party systems (e.g. Slack, Teams)

Perform evaluations and error analysis for AI models and chatbot interactions to drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI features such as configurations, token limits, performance.

Work in collaboration with remote teams. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality
