Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with over 3 years of experience in software testing and automation, particularly using TestComplete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications through comprehensive test planning, design, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete.

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Ensure the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous validation and verification processes.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Identify, log, and track bugs and issues using standard defect tracking tools.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Participate in regression testing and release validation activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Testing.

• Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete.

• Good understanding of test planning, test design, and test execution.

• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or VBScript (as applicable to TestComplete).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools is a plus.
